To lose weight (but not in an unhealthy way) follow the steps of the following posts (i will post a new post on ways everytime I find a reliable way.)

My first way is eating little amounts over a long amount of time. Instead of having big breakfast lunch and dinner You should have small Breakfast lunch and dinners and snack more (on healthy foods such as fruit, bananas are full of energy btw) throughout the day to make up what you've missed. This keeps your matabolism constantly working, speeding up the process, sending the food out the other end a lot quicker so you dont gain weight but can eat more.

Ohh, and one last thing i forgot to mention in the last post (sorry) Dont fast. If you do then your body starts to think there is no food available so whenever you get to eat any morsel of food your body will grab onto all the fat there is in it and store it for as long as possible.

My dad went on Aktins as a nutritionist recommended it to reduce his frequent headaches and dizzyness, He didn't need to but he's lost about 2 stone on it.

To lose weight the key is to exercise!, if you diet and don't exerise then it really isn't going to help and your more likely to gain the weight once you stop the diet. Also never starve yourself or lower your calorie intake drastically, you are likely to bloat plus starving yourself is pretty much as deadly as over-eating as either one leads to health complications.

I just do the 1 meal a day diet.
Have something small at the end of the day, usually anything that's like 500cals then exercise the rest of the night and burn off 500-600.
It's probably not healthy but it works awesome, and you don't like 'feel' any side effects :3

there has been lots of programs on recently and a high dairy diet with good exercise and cutting out snacking etc is better for you. The dairy slows down the period of which it takes for the food to pass through you which makes you feel full for longer. The diary also absorbs fat from the food and the dairy is then passed containing the fat which then makes you loose more fat.

Snacking, even with healthy food isnt good cause if your hungry then your eat a snack you will want to eat more and so will your body and your not giving it the food it needs.
