Right, I just tried to change my bank details after a probable infection on my computer so I rang my bank up and I get put through to a call centre in China or somewhere and they don't understand a word I say nor do I understand them.
I was telling them and they were like 'you want to close account?' and I was like 'No, I want to change my security details' and they said 'You can do online banking at =web address here= at the point I had gone nuts so I asked them to put me to someone else. So they did and she wasn't as bad but still drove me nuts so I am on a waiting line and have been for half an hour and its so stupid.
Why can't I just call my local bank and do it straight away instead of having to call a centre on the otherside of the world...
They drive me nuts.
