Right, I just tried to change my bank details after a probable infection on my computer so I rang my bank up and I get put through to a call centre in China or somewhere and they don't understand a word I say nor do I understand them.
I was telling them and they were like 'you want to close account?' and I was like 'No, I want to change my security details' and they said 'You can do online banking at =web address here= at the point I had gone nuts so I asked them to put me to someone else. So they did and she wasn't as bad but still drove me nuts so I am on a waiting line and have been for half an hour and its so stupid.
Why can't I just call my local bank and do it straight away instead of having to call a centre on the otherside of the world...
They drive me nuts.

Yes, India Call Centres are cheaper, hence most companys using them. Raking in cash wherever they can, disgraceful. There was a time it was about keeping customers happy, now its just cash cash cash
