Hey all! For the past month or so I've been taking Creatine pills to see if this does actually work and now I can honestly say that it does. I've gone from 13'5 to 13'8 and my muscles have got bigger.
Here is a picture of me now for people who have seen me before. I look stupid, I know:

Creatine is Creatine Monohydrate which basically retains water and bloats your muscles. It also gives you an energy boost for when you are lifting weights. This allows you to lift easier and possibly heavier.

My Dad and I use this sometimes but it's full of carbs but it does work yeah. Nice progress.
So it isn't a cover pill stuffed with steroids that will ruin your life in a few years?

If that's not photoshopped it looks frankly ridiculous. It's also fairly pointless as by the looks of things the rest of you is still the same size, or at least your head looks really small

its quite sickening that ^^He's your bog standard bodybuilder who takes steroids. I'm aiming to become a strongman. Strongmen are basically really muscly people but strong too. These don't take steroids but take supplements instead. If you asked the dude in that picture to lift 400, he wouldn't be able to as he's pure steroids.

Sorry mate but it looks ridiculous, if you want to gain muscle you should do it normally with weights, i think it would make you look muscley but in proportion at the same time. Best of luck with whatever you choose to do in the future. If you do choose to continue to take the pills just take smaller doses.
Cheers,
Richie.

I've slacked off going to the gym :8 But when I used to go I would notice teens who would work solely on their arms and they would look ridiculous with huge arms, and small legs. I don't take any sort of supplement except for the occasional Power Bar.

The only reason why my body doesn't look big there is because I have a top on and I'm slanted :P

You do know that when you stop taking them you lose the water retention in your arm and they'll go back to normal right?

so you plan on taking them for the rest of your life? =P
for the people who are wondering if creatine makes your balls smaller and all that crap, the simple answer is no. Creatine is found in red meat and is perfectly safe as long as you stay well hydrated :)

Creatine is found in red meat and is perfectly safe as long as you stay well hydrated :)I'll be on them for a good few years until I'm strong enough to start building hard muscle on my own without supplements. Creatine Monohydrate just retains water to put into your muscles. If you consume more than the recommended dose then you will mess up your kidneys something terrible. Creatine Monohydrate can also make you look a tad bloated but thats in rare cases. It also takes about 2 weeks to flush all the water from your system if you stop taking them.

Surely you already are strong enough to build muscle without supplements though? It won't happen as fast, but it'll be more natural and will be something you yourself have done rather than just an effect of making other things do the work for you

It won't happen as fast, but it'll be more natural and will be something you yourself have done rather than just an effect of making other things do the work for youThing is because of my routine I just run into plateau's all the time. Creatine also contains Magnesium Stearate which has been proven to help with plateau's. I could just go and change my routine but then my gains would be much lower than they could already possibly be.
People say I'm cheating but if you look at it, I'm not. I'm not just using creatine to boost my size, I'm using it for energy purposes too. It helps with lifting and helps you lift harder and stronger.
