theres this boy who ive kinda been seeing for a while, but i have no idea where its going.. everytime i bring up the subject he doesnt seem to understand my point, i asked him if he's seeing anyone else and he was like no, but i still don't get whats going on. he's told me he really likes me but apparently theres loads of stuff going on in his head which he won't tell me... i really don't know what to do or say.. everytime i've tried to talk to him its been subtle though, but i dont wanna just be like "*** is going on"

i don't mind either way tbf, i'd just prefer to know! what do i dooooooo. :)

First of all, i would like to say that he is abbbbsolutely bonkers that he hasn't taken you up on your offer yet. ;)

Erm, maybe you could sit down with him, (In a closed environment) and just talk to him about the problems that seems to be bothering him.

If you're not bothered don't ask, because then he'll start thinking you do want it to be official (whether you do or not and whether you tell him so or not) and that makes all sorts of problems. If you just want to know whether you're allowed to bang other people too then ask him that outright because it doesn't sound like you want to be his full time gf anyway so it doesn't matter if he gets annoyed by that.
