Lets you change your character to any race you please, and only stops working if you use a noggenfogger/ghost wolf.

I know, I was just using those two examples to generalise.

Let me think of a list:

Druid shapeshifting
Ghost wolf
Noggenfogger/Orb of Deception/Orb of the Sin'dorei
CC that removes your character (eg. Polymorph)
Oh and don't try and change your hair.. you'll be sorry.
