Lets you change your character to any race you please, and only stops working if you use a noggenfogger/ghost wolf.

Let me think of a list:

• Druid shapeshifting
• Ghost wolf
• Noggenfogger/Orb of Deception/Orb of the Sin'dorei
• CC that removes your character (eg. Polymorph)

Oh and don't try and change your hair.. you'll be sorry.
