Takes me about an hour 15 mins from Heathrow so that's probably about right! CCCEE in those subjects is incredible... I know so many who failed AS' in those subjects

Haha jack I need to get AAB though! So im pretty much doing yr 12 in yr 13! I used to spend so much of my time doing one module in furthe maths I didn't revise pretty much at all for my others and I came out with an E so hopefully i'm doing better!

My friend got a place doing medicine at Cambridge she got 100% in maths, biology and chemistry in AS. wth :/ she only got 94% in physics or summit, wheyyyy what a loser dropping 6 percent.

There is a cut off date to what you can reply too, it's some time in April, there is a timeline on the UCAS website, I didn't accept/decline any offers til I got my exam results back, that's because I am in Scotland though the timeline last year was possible to do so, not sure what the timeline is like this year obviously.

kk.

Exam results are sometime in march, but I'm sure I read somewhere you have two weeks after you get the last reply. I'll have to look into it lol

Exams are published March 11th/12th

For replied to universites, all offers should have been made by 31st March 2010, latest is 5th May 2010. Your reply to UCAS should be made by 7th May 2010, if you do not reply, UCAS will determine each choice as declined.

However if you received an offer after 31st March and before 7th May 2010? the deadline is 8 June 2010. No replied from universites, UCAS will automatiacally make them unsuccessful.

Dear Mr Immenseman

We are emailing to update you on the progress of your application to the University of Warwick.

As you know, the revised UCAS deadline of 22nd January 2010 has now passed, and we will soon have received all on-time applications from UCAS. We are now considering our complete pool of applications so that we can make final decisions. Your application is still under consideration.

UCAS stipulates that all decisions on applications received by the deadline should be made by 7 May 2010, but we hope to have finalised the majority of our decisions by the end of March 2010. If we are unable to make a decision on your application by that time we will email you again in late March 2010.

Please note that we will not communicate selection decisions to you by email. Applicants who are made an offer from Warwick will be notified by letter and via UCAS Track.

If you have any questions regarding your application to study at Warwick, you can visit our website www.warwick.ac.uk/go/study (http://www.warwick.ac.uk/go/study) or contact us, either by emailing [email protected] (http://uk.mc284.mail.yahoo.com/mc/[email protected]) (stating your Personal ID number and the course you applied to in the subject line) or by calling +44 (0)247 652 3723.

Overseas applicants seeking further information or guidance may also contact our International Office. The website www.warwick.ac.uk/go/io (http://www.warwick.ac.uk/go/io) gives details of contacts both at the University and at representative offices based overseas.

Thank you again for your application to Warwick.

Yours sincerely

Undergraduate Admissions Team

and yet you're allowed to run for a local councillor in swindon? :O
If I became councillor (virtually impossible) then I'd email King's and explain my predicament and then attempt to get an internship at the Liberal Democrat Headquarters whilst being councillor. I didn't really mean to go into politics but lets just say if in 15 years I'm trying to run for parliament I wouldn't be surprised. I want to go into the Computing industry but I do have a huge interest in Politics so I think I'll do what most MP's do and get a "normal" job first and then move into Politics in my later life.

:l well my status went from £3500 loan, then saying it's been processed and will get £4500 loan and £1000 grant, and now it's decided they're waiting on evidence, and gone back to £3500.. Will be ringing up tomorrow for sure

yeah but i don't think people expected unis to offer less places. they say people who miss out on their choices will be lucky to go to uni now and i doubt i will get my predicted AAA after the exams i took lol :l

Whats ur insurance again? I guess I'm lucky in that if I can't get in my firm, and there arent any good courses in clearing, my insurance choice is unconditional.

If anyone has any questions about results day and clearing n stuff, just ask ye

I think its likely a lot of people are going to miss out. I heard in Scotland atm, theres only four unis that still have courses to offer left.

omg.. i rang student finance yesterday and guess what.. after having my dads wage slip for 20 weeks, theyve either sent it me back because its 'illegible' or theyve lost it. i was like, then why was my thing updated to the correct amounts. they were like, well theres no notes on the system, so i can assume someon entered the details with the evidence, and then someones gone on the system and deleted it because theres no evidence.. FFS! luckily, my term wouldnt start until 11th October so still have a good two months for FFS STUDENT FINANCE!
