At school I always feel the need to eat when I'm not hungry. How can I stop this?

Drink some water and it might help - often people tend to mistake thirst for hunger without realizing it. Either way it'll still fill you up a bit and won't make you as hungry.

Yeah always have water. If you're not keen on normal get some flavoured :D Instead of eating, just drink... and keep drinking. Eventually you'll get used to it and feel so much better than if you ate loads of junk. Worked for me. :)

Drink the proper water only, those flavoured waters are full of sugar and bad for your teeth.

But yeh, the simple answer would be don't eat as much, but i know it's not that easy. Take less food with you, and no extra money to spend on snacks.

If you buy your dinner try taking a packed lunch, saves money and is healthier, depending on what you take.

How can you not like non-flavoured water?

Anyway, yes, definatly stay away from flavoured water, your body will not treat it as water. If you drink proper, non flavoured water it will do you the world of good, even if its just a 500ml bottle througout the day

Eat fibrous foods and high protein foods. Both will be very filling.

Thanks! I'll bring water bottles to school. I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm not really a fan of water. Looks like I have to get used to it.

I sometimes have an urge to eat when I am not hungry. I just drink water and it goes away :). Hope that helps you too.

Yeah water is amazing. Just force it down, it's not that hard really.

You could make it your new years resolution to cut down the junk, afterall, christmas is all about the food, isn;t it?
