At school I always feel the need to eat when I'm not hungry. How can I stop this?

Eat more mono' fats and proteins
Drink some water and it might help - often people tend to mistake thirst for hunger without realizing it. Either way it'll still fill you up a bit and won't make you as hungry.

Yeah always have water. If you're not keen on normal get some flavouredInstead of eating, just drink... and keep drinking. Eventually you'll get used to it and feel so much better than if you ate loads of junk. Worked for me.

Drink the proper water only, those flavoured waters are full of sugar and bad for your teeth.
But yeh, the simple answer would be don't eat as much, but i know it's not that easy. Take less food with you, and no extra money to spend on snacks.
If you buy your dinner try taking a packed lunch, saves money and is healthier, depending on what you take.

when I was in school I drank plenty of water and also had 2 jacobs crackers in the morning before school. the crackers really filled me up so I wasnt hungry

Eat fibrous foods and high protein foods. Both will be very filling.
I sometimes have an urge to eat when I am not hungry. I just drink water and it goes away. Hope that helps you too.
