I started dieting about mid-november time and come january I had lost 18 pounds.
I was aiming to have lost another 14 pounds by march 1st and the weight was flying off so I thought I was on track.
But lately my stomach has start to baloon out!
At first I didn't think much of it and was kind of in denile, like how can I be putting weight on I go gym everyday and I am eating nothing but healthy stuffs ;S
But today I've realized theres a problem!

I'm not dieting/excercise expert but my daily routine is

8am - special k - 130cal
10am - grapes/1 slice of go ahead bar - 100/75 cal
1pm - tuna/chicken/ham sandwiche 300 cal
5pm - promax diet shake - 200 cal
5.30 - 7pm 50 minutes fat burn. 3 chest, 5 legs, 1 stomach, 2 back, 2 shoulder. (+sauna)
7.30pm - pasta/baked potatoe/chicken curry/sweet n sour chicken/chilli con carni/sunday dinner
(This is where I slip up really but my parents cook my dinner so I don't really have much say in what I eat and I figured I've just been gym + had a sauna so my motabalizm is gonna be higher and it shouldn't be a problem?

So yeah can someone help me with what i'm doing wrong 'cos my stomach is starting to look rather strange.
It's not like ripples of fat etc it just looks bloated all the time as apose to like a few weeks ago it looked nice and flat and I thought I was gonna be able to start building muscle but instead I seem to have built fat :(

Whoever cooks your dinner should be in support of your decision to diet so see if they can make you especially healthy meals. Your daily routine seems to be on track.

I've tried but it's almost as if they're against me dieting :(
My mum still leave a packet of crisps or choclate out for me in the morning expecting me to take it to college but I just put it back in the cuboard xD

It could be simpyl due to the fact it's used to getting much mroe food than it is now. If this is right then it should go away as you carry on.

If you look at poverty stricken kids in 3rd world countries you'll often see they look 'fat' despite being malnurished

Some of the time people to put on weight only to loose more afterwards. So I'd keep to it :)

When you add up your daily calories that you know about (705-730) and then say you have.. 500-600 cals for dinner (probably being generous since you're probably trying to eat less) that is 1200-1300 cals per day which is not enough, even for losing weight. I really suggest bumping up your intake.
