Costa Rica & The Gambia

I'm going to Costa Rica in summer with school and hopefully going to The Gambia at xmas, again with school, and i was just wondering if anybody has been to these places and what their experiences have been like. :]

its for biology so its basically going round jungles but we also look at volcanoes and stuff.

I've been to Costa Rica for a few days, was pretty nice. I assume you are going to the Arenal (sp) volcano? People at my college went on a similar trip to Honduras.

good luck not dying in the gambia LOL i have studied it a bit and it's ok but rough in areas but with school you should be ok :)!

Costa Rica should be amazing i have also studied the rain forests there and yeah i went to Barbados with school last year but it was for "sport" i played 3 games of hockey in 2 weeks so yeah have fun

Lol, considering The Gambia's nickname is "White mans grave" i should be fine. Naaah, the school been linked with a school there for 15 years and it usually involves charity work etc
