Hey!
I am in need of a layout to be made. I am obviously paying for this, however it really does need to be a good solid quality, so if you are not an experienced designer leave now :P
Criteria that will be needed on the layout:
Flash Menu Bar (So it highlights and stuff when hovered on certain pages)
Fully Coded IF possible. Paying extra if fully coded xx
Looks good with video streaming.
The designer can stick to what I need.
