    Exclamation Need Website Layout

    Hey!

    I am in need of a layout to be made. I am obviously paying for this, however it really does need to be a good solid quality, so if you are not an experienced designer leave now

    Criteria that will be needed on the layout:

    • Flash Menu Bar (So it highlights and stuff when hovered on certain pages)
    • Fully Coded IF possible. Paying extra if fully coded xx
    • Looks good with video streaming.
    • The designer can stick to what I need.
