I'm getting my haircut soon (long overdue) but I don't know what to get it cut like!

I never take serious photos, but I suppose this one captures my current hairstyle.

I'm not sure if you know what this style is called but I certainly don't!

If you're insure, print the picture off if you can and take into the hairdressers with you. I've done it before and they can't praise you enough! There's nothing worse than describing something to them and them doing it wrong to how you wanted. I've also done that before!

How old are you? I agree that yeah I'm not a fan of long hair because I don't suit it but if you can pull it off and you look good with it then go on, for you to rule it out completely and say all guys should be short, smart hair is so stupid what gives you the right to tell him off for being different.

In my opinion, if you get your hair cut shorter you'll probably look older. That's what happened with me ;) Had long hair like yours then got it chopped up short and made me look older, which is always a plus ;p
So yeah, I think you should get it cut up to around ear length and then straighten your hair (depending on how wavy/curly it is short) and maybe style yourself a fringe? :)

my friend has this great hairstyle. His fringe goes right across his forehead but his hair is short in length, maybe half the length but has loads of layers. Its really nice!
