I'm getting my haircut soon (long overdue) but I don't know what to get it cut like!

I never take serious photos, but I suppose this one captures my current hairstyle.

Cut it all off. Get short, smart hair, spike it up. It's time to stop looking like a woman or a Japanese cartoon. The sooner teenagers realise that, the better.
