Ok so I basically just want to become more of the above^. I play at least one hour of sport a day. I don't do much working out and I eat a little too much junk food. I am pretty much addicted to junk food :P. Can you give me some tips on becoming muscular, fitter, faster, stronger etc..

Do the exact opposite of what you do.

Don't eat crap.
My brother it's junk and he's everything you want to be so I guess it's possible but only if you have a workout routine to help you on the way :)
And also try to slowly stop eating junk perhaps and balance out your diet?

well i dont have very healthy meals sometimes, most of the times i do. but i find that working out on weekends helps a lot. just a bit of press ups, pull ups etc and some weights if youve got any at home
