Ok so I basically just want to become more of the above^. I play at least one hour of sport a day. I don't do much working out and I eat a little too much junk food. I am pretty much addicted to junk food . Can you give me some tips on becoming muscular, fitter, faster, stronger etc..

My brother it's junk and he's everything you want to be so I guess it's possible but only if you have a workout routine to help you on the way
And also try to slowly stop eating junk perhaps and balance out your diet?
