Out of curiosity have you ever had an infraction reversed or been unbanned via the support tool ?

Every single Support Ticket is replied to within 24 hours.

People do get unbanned using support, but I think the fact that this isn't a huge amount suggests that Moderation on Habbox Forum today is actually very fair :).

i have had 5 or 6 infractions reversed, 2 were reversed straight away as they were a mistake
i also got my autoban taken off via support tool but that was as soon as it was introduced, doesn't seem to be that effective anymore

Can't see the OP but I can gather from the responses what the question is and I think I've been unbanned via the support tool before :)

Yes, many things. I have had my ban lifted and many infractions removed via it.

have never bothered since most of my infractions expire within a few months.

Well I guess the more infractions, warnings and bans/auotbans you have had the more chances of having something reversed via the support system just because of the sheer numbers but tbh it only does what a pm does but I guess it gets quicker attention so is valuable in that respect.

not in my case >_>. even for this one, it is a legit reason.
