People do get unbanned using support, but I think the fact that this isn't a huge amount suggests that Moderation on Habbox Forum today is actually very fair

i have had 5 or 6 infractions reversed, 2 were reversed straight away as they were a mistake
i also got my autoban taken off via support tool but that was as soon as it was introduced, doesn't seem to be that effective anymore

Yes, many things. I have had my ban lifted and many infractions removed via it.
