Have you ever received a reply from the Help Tool? :S

Every time I hace used the Habbo Help Tool, say around 5 or 6 times, I have NEVER gotten any form of a reply on any occasion.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the help tool was supposed to cut down your wait to 48 hours and be more efficient?

Have you ever received a reply? If so - how long did it take?

i think i will laugh if i recivie the latest one i sent about an unfair ban for 2 hours but no i have never heard a replie about anything

Yes, ive gotten 3 accounts back from having there pass changed by a Hacker.. if your using Hotmail account, then go into your Inbox then Junk email folder.. then it should be there (The reply from Help tool)

I haven't, Only when i sent an Email to becs and she forwarded it to Helkat, Then i got one.

they never EVER send me a email they sumtimes fix my glitches and 1nce i got haxed and they fixed that but thats bought it

No I know it often goes to your junk and I always check, but I have found, I always have to directly email them at their sulake emails to get anywhere..

Ive got like 6 replies off them, telling me that if i was unfairly banned i would be unbanned in the next week. 2 months later, I think i deserved it =P

I got a reply about certain stuff but they all say the same things oh and my account I had 2 years ago hasnt been deleted yet and I gave them all my info and they said sorry the couldnt help me and I didnt get banned

I would estimate I have probably queried that system around 3-4 times since it was introduced and have not once receieved any sort of response. It's just as useless as the old method.

When it first came in i used it and i got a reply within 48 hours like said, but recently ive tried it and ive sent 3-4 e-mails and never got a reply back from any of them.

I used the help tool when i got my hc furniture twice both months. I never got a reply from it.Also callie doesnt check her emails other than twice a month, even so unless the Email is from one of her Stook ups and her little mates i.e Budy - Cheezy2

i had a great reply but that was well before the habbo help tool, my account was banned for reporting someone on the CFH, eventually i proved my innocence and the ban was lifted.

Another time i used the habbo help tool about the newsie and me getting my typo, 4 months later i emailed [email protected] about me being in the newsie and getting a typo and then she eventually gave me it

At least before the HHT, you got a little automated response which was quite good - also, after you send you're email using the HHT why the hell do they ask you to take a survey, which asks you questions such as "Was your response quick and accurate enough to help you?" Imeen.. You don't know if it is because you only sent the damn thing.. rofl

I received a response within 24 hours. I wasn't very happy at the response but it was one, none the less.

right now its 2 weeks after i sent mything to the help tool and i found it in my junk mail right now XD im just sitting here laughing they told me to resend my message using the tool again i was like :o are u joking
