Have you ever received a reply from the Help Tool? :S

Every time I hace used the Habbo Help Tool, say around 5 or 6 times, I have NEVER gotten any form of a reply on any occasion.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the help tool was supposed to cut down your wait to 48 hours and be more efficient?

Have you ever received a reply? If so - how long did it take?

I'd never gotten a reply from habbo until recently, and i was so supprised when an email actually came.

i think i will laugh if i recivie the latest one i sent about an unfair ban for 2 hours but no i have never heard a replie about anything

Yes, ive gotten 3 accounts back from having there pass changed by a Hacker.. if your using Hotmail account, then go into your Inbox then Junk email folder.. then it should be there (The reply from Help tool)

I haven't, Only when i sent an Email to becs and she forwarded it to Helkat, Then i got one.

they never EVER send me a email they sumtimes fix my glitches and 1nce i got haxed and they fixed that but thats bought it

No I know it often goes to your junk and I always check, but I have found, I always have to directly email them at their sulake emails to get anywhere..

Ive got like 6 replies off them, telling me that if i was unfairly banned i would be unbanned in the next week. 2 months later, I think i deserved it =P
