Hi.
I recently reported a bug using the new help tool thing and they sent me an email saying they would need all of this before they could resolve my issue:

* Habbo account name:
* Email address used to create the account:
* Details of any other email addresses on the account:
* Date of birth registered to the Habbo account:
* Your ISP (Internet Service Provider - the company you pay for your internet access):
* Details of any bans on the account:
* Details of all Credit transactions & payment methods:
* Name 5 friends in the friends list:
* How many furni and rooms you own:
* Names of the other Habbos belonging to you:

Is all this really necessary :l

Are you sure it's not an automated reply? They normally ask that type of thing if you need to prove you're the owner of an account.

Double check who you're sending the email to, just to check it's not some hacker

* How many furni and rooms you own:

So we have to individually count our furni? 1 by 1?
Great if your appealing against a ban.

It's so pathetic, they ask you complicated questions.
