k my sleeping pattern is ****** up.
And school starts soon (well like 2 weeks but k)
How can I get into my normal sleeping pattern?

Well do it gradually. I am guessing that you stay up late and get up late! Put your mobile on alarm for 30mins/1 hour earlier each day and get up straightaway if you can.

This, or go to bed late and set your alarm for like 7am. Or just go the entire day without sleeping.
