I have always been ticklish but I haven't been tickled for so long that I don't know if I even am anymore. :P

Sometimes lol? You do know it's impossible to tickle yourself? Your brain automatically sends out a warning that warns your body it's about to get tickled so it prevents you from tickling yourself.

almost as if it's a psychological thing which it must be if you cant tickle urself?

if i go to the doctors and they have to physically check something all u hear is this loud laugh :P

Yeah, worse parts are chin and sides but once I start laughing I can't stop, so I can't breath :(
