I have always been ticklish but I haven't been tickled for so long that I don't know if I even am anymore.

Sometimes lol? You do know it's impossible to tickle yourself? Your brain automatically sends out a warning that warns your body it's about to get tickled so it prevents you from tickling yourself.

yeah, unfortunately
if i go to the doctors and they have to physically check something all u hear is this loud laugh
worse when i was a child.

I am a little tickleish, I used to be tickleish under the chin but not as much now!

Yeah, worse parts are chin and sides but once I start laughing I can't stop, so I can't breath
