You didn't have moderator rights and no authority on those servers/forums. On this server, you acted like God and like you owned it all. We appreciate the work you've done/attempted but the whole "im so kwl" act in-client is what ruined you. Another reason is that you've burnt down building multiple times and never saw you apoligise, just make an excuse for it. Then a month later, you get moderator(ship) and you act like you're the most trusted on the server and think EVERYONE is untrusted.

I never said it was anyone's fault. If anyone's to blame it would be Dan due to not given a accurate description because he wasn't aware that it was different. But it is not his fault!

With the flight mod someone could easily venture a great distance, not only crashing the server but creating extremely large map sizes. The borders will be increased gradually as space runs out, however within the current borders less than half the space has been used.

Afraid you don't just 'find' snowy land. The map spawns like that or it doesn't.

You could dam off a load of the sea and dig down to make a pit below sea level and build up from there, gives you about double the size that way :P

It never crashes. Just leave it and it will chug along. It goes non-responsive, but when it's done it fixes itself and the lil box pops up saying "Done."

This is what used to happen, now it just doesn't unfreeze. It's the problem I had with isometric beforehand. I might use an integrated mapping tool soon.

Still unsure, unexplored areas do have biomes but the already discovered areas don't. I think we'll probably keep the map since biomes aren't really that special.

I assume they work clientside, then the client tried to write to the new Nether world and the server kills that idea and turns it off.

Decided not to wipe as of yet. Wiping would be a better idea when biomes are truely finished or the same thing would need to happen twice, and also it would be good to do it when moving to a vps.

Sorry, but using a 24/7 server is far more reliable and fun. Much faster and lag free and always on.

I see this is a problem, but tbh I don't want the server online if nobody is going to be on it. And a VPS would probably have lengthened the server's life by a long way. But at the end of the day nobody actually donated once the link was put up and now it's probably past the best moment.

Well, no. We've set it up like that to hopefully get a community going on the forum and get a few more registered people. Its also a nice way to make a whitelist. If i start making exceptions then there might aswell be no point

Seems everybody gives in just because it isnt up, That isnt a good enough excuse imo. If it isnt up then you should cherish the moments it is up. i already voiced that i cannot donate to the server until after christmas but perhaps the rest are just either full time leechers or dont care about the server.
