I believe it's a bug as a result of too little being put up for sale on the mp.

I think this is the case however i'm not too sure, i'm really just reiterating what people told me :) this is the case with some other super rares too.

it happened because some posters didnt have a name, examples are the infobus and the chinese red knot. As a result, an average was taken on every furni without a name, so the average that you see is the average price of all of the 'nameless' furni sold.

this is what i heard too. There were quite a few without a name so the average was taken from all of those items.
