I believe it's a bug as a result of too little being put up for sale on the mp.

I think this is the case however i'm not too sure, i'm really just reiterating what people told me this is the case with some other super rares too.

it happened because some posters didnt have a name, examples are the infobus and the chinese red knot. As a result, an average was taken on every furni without a name, so the average that you see is the average price of all of the 'nameless' furni sold.

this is what i heard too. There were quite a few without a name so the average was taken from all of those items.
