It is a fansite in the heart of the community for habbo, with dedicated staff members trying their best to keep you happy!

The site is owned and managed by :.!Nutty!.: (Sam) from the International Hotel. Along side him is Bezn (Bєи) who is the Co-Owner.

The maintenance page is alright, I guess. Though why would anyone want to donate to a site that has not opened yet and has no community. Having a donation button there is just saying, all we want is your money, we are not actually interested in our site being the best of the best. If you get a donation please tell me because I honestly will give you $100

Fansites need to start off somewhere.. If I was designing a big layout, I'd just use a pre-made template..

Yes I know that, though him changing the copy right notice and replacing it with, TeenHabbo *all rights reserved* is showing that this site was made by them.

Maybe, change your copy right notice and say that it was made by someone else.
You could at least show the respect to them for releasing a design that you obviously like and have decided to use.
