The lyrics are completely bad, I'm sure a monkey can write better lyrics. Here is a example, "waitin for the bus.. here comes my friends... My friends are on the back seat, and on the front seat.. which seat shall i take..??? it's friday friday gotta get down on friday", and it only gets worse... The video is a lolable too, with a 12 year old kid driving a car.

I respect her though... She can actually sing, from the interviews I've seen. She actually brought the song too and didn't write it her self. Her parent's paid something like 100k just for it. And I'll have to admit, I like the, "it's friday, friday, gotta get down on friday".. but the rest is complete wtf moments.

I like it when a band, artist, can write their own songs, although I understand a lot can't.

Even worse is that most bands seem to abuse auto-tune. If you need to use Auto-Tune then really are you a singer?

It's a great song, really catchy, it's just autotuned through the roof, seriously. Rebecca Black can actually sing, she proved it live on some American TV show, it's just it was horrifically autotuned.

She didn't write the lyrics? Ark did. She paid for a song and video and that's what she got. If you check out Ark's website they all sound as bad as each other. It's unfortunate she was picked on this way when she can actually sing, even if she produces an amazing song next she's never going to be famous or respected in the way she deserves.

Tbh the lyrics arn't great but that's why I loved it!
The Glee version is waay better than the orginal and it's really quite catchy so yeah, I like it!
