This may be old news but have the green machines in many public rooms always alowed you to make rooms? i remember clicking them before and they never did anything. now i click and they let me make a room. go infront of 1 and try for yaself.!

A while back they used to be Splash Plastic machines, where you got to send off for a splash plastic card.

Bugger, missed all the good times. Came on just after thrones were cheap, and when you could make rooms and get a coushdy 2 credits for it.
