This may be old news but have the green machines in many public rooms always alowed you to make rooms? i remember clicking them before and they never did anything. now i click and they let me make a room. go infront of 1 and try for yaself.!

A while back they used to be Splash Plastic machines, where you got to send off for a splash plastic card.

Yeah, in Phillips place you used to be able to order a splash plastic card... But that was like '02.

Back in 02, when you made a room from the public room machines you would get 2 free creds per room.
