I ordered my items on the 13th and they got shipped on the 16th, and still no clothes have come, I have emailed them but they take days to reply. What todo?

Hmm they usually deliver by seven working days. Do they have a customer service number you can call? And have they took the money yet?

Yes, they have taken the money, and they have replied saying, if the items have not been received by 26th they will send out more (subject to availability) or give me a refund, but this is not the point, everyone says Asos.com is very good, this is the first I have dealt with them, and it has put me off lots!

Send them an angry email telling them this and maybe you'll get a discount or vouchers for further purchases.

I've never had any problems with them in the past, they are usually quite reliable

I am so annoyed I have not received my delivery yet. I have heard such good reputation about Asos.com and I went with the reputation, but I have been let down, I do not wish to get a refund but I would like some kind of compensation being discount/vouchers for this, as it is a very big inconvenience as I needed these items but did not receive them within the time that was specified. I will look forward to hearing from you very soon!.

You're not actually supposed to demand the discount/vouchers, you'll be lucky if you get anything now.

You should have your delivery soon, I ordered about two hundred pounds worth of clothing before Christmas and they came seven days later.

You should of just sounded really annoyed instead of actually demanding the discount/vouchers :P
I also ordered almost £200 worth of clothing before christmas and got my order within 5 days I think
No idea why they're being so slow atm

I ordered a cardigan from them on Friday and got it by Wednesday. I thought they were quite good and the cardigan I wanted was from River Island and it had been out of stock for months. I felt relieved I finally got it hahaha.

I ordered some gloves form there and they took weeks wait and they will come because it's free post (i gather that's what you chose) they have no obligation to get them to you that quickly. I ordered stuff last night and i hope they come soon as i need them ahh. My gloves came from china btw no wonder they took so long...

Oh I forgot to ask, when you order they usually tell you what date you'll receive your order by, did you check what it was by any chance? When I ordered yesterday they said 7th June. :)

Yea, this is the postage I chose, and I don't think mine came from China :P

Yea, I did check the date and it went 3 days past it before I received my stuff.
