heyy! the last week or so i've been having alot of trouble with my lower back and i was wondering if anyone knew any like ways to ease the pain? my parents think it stems from my bed at home being a bit crap (and my back's gotten used to my uni bed). it's serious agony ha, i have to walk like i'm pregnant!! any help would be definitely appreciated (and +repped of course.)

Your **** are too big, this is the cause and the only remedy would be for you to undergo a breast reduction.

i had that once and i realized it was because i'd sat down for too long, get up and move! to help more stand straight with legs shoulder width apart and bend down without bending your legs and you can feel all the muscles like relaxing :) when you're down there you don't wanna get back up haha, works wonders :)

i used to have lower back pains on my left side, really painful, then i went to see a physiotherapist and they checked it out and gave me some exercises and stuff to do everyday and it got better really quick

heat packs are always a good way to ease the pain or that spray stuff that smells disgusting, Obviously if it does continue you should see your doc because it might not be your bed, best of luck!

I've been living with a bad back now for close to a year now. I herniated three discs in my back =(. The best thing I can suggest (and all depending on what country your in to) is contact your family doctor if this pain doesn't get any better is ask to be sent in for a CT scan or a MRI. I was stubborn when I hurt my back and went on to work lifting 50lbs every 30 seconds or so until I couldn't move anymore.

Back injuries / pain aren't something to take lightly **reading your last post you seem to be feeling better** if it does happen again seek medical attention
