I think it is a bit basic and you could make it a bit more eye-catching but it is a solid job nonetheless!

i think yr text needs improving and formatting a little better. like jasey said it looks a bit basic at the moment, the font in particular looks very simple. while you want it to be easy to read, you also want it to have a little flair.

The text hurt my eyes, apart it being basic it's a good start. I like the option to click the picture and then to scroll through.
