Grr, i'm furious right now.
I've sent a help request to habbo about getting my account 'blissa' back since it was stolen back in late 2009/early 2010, and they're being completely unhelpful. I've provided them with help tool ticket numbers, screenshots of e-mails I received from the hotel manager, past e-mail addresses, gave them my IP address, my date of birth, the e-mail address I used to open the account, the home address they sent my charlie chic prizes to, and even offered to tell them old passwords prior to the theft.
The only thing they're fixated on is knowing the phone number I bought credits from... what the hell?
Friends bought me credits in the past, as well as me buying credits from old providers that I don't remember the numbers to since I've moved house. One, how can they expect me to know my Habbo friends phone number if they're so fixated on not sharing personal information and two how the hell am I supposed to remember an old phone number from 2009 if not earlier?
It's really starting to peeve me off.

It is annoying. I lost my account as well and tried to get it back and they'd ask questions like how did you buy credits, how many have you bought and I always wondered how that was at all relevant to getting my account back but I managed to in the end. Just keep at it, tell them you don't have those details but you can provide them with plenty of other ones to prove it's yours and fingers crossed, you'll get it back.

I've tweeted Paullafo and he completely ignores my tweets, or says "I don't deal with individual problems" yet when Fierycold was banned for 2 hours, I noticed that he tweeted him saying "I'm gonna deal with this personally now." - what on EARTH?

shame though, cs is meant to be getting better.

They can be a pain sometimes. I'm not sure why but for some odd reason they often say my information is incorrect even though I have contacted them using that same information before. Also, they say this in auto reply emails: "Please note, if you have bought credits and do not supply the information, we cannot provide needed information".
My account rokgal2 got hacked with all my accounts last year in feb, I tried appealing and only got one account back, and now they're useless while i try and get rokgal2 back saying it wasnt banned? I know it wasnt banned... it was hackedd

Yeah they tend to ask the oddest questions, such as '' How many rooms are on the account? '' or '' How many pieces of furni are in the hand? ''. Like you'll remember two years down the line or so. Just tweet the CEO constantly until he answers you, if he can assist FieryCold he surely should assist everyone. He has no need to have favorites.

My account got hacked last year and I contacted Habbo CS and they asked me a whole load of ridiculous questions, but I answered them to the best of my ability and they gave back my account so that was all good

Help says look at this link then email habbo it was the same when.my furni went missing they expect to know what room it was in and stuff srs if you've deleted room how are you meant to know. In all honesty why would phone.numbers be that important at the end of the day you should only.need to provide the information you signed up with.
i think the help service at habbo certainly is ridiculous, like you said. i don't think it should take them as long as it does to deal with appeals or unfair bans. it's not fair on the user. maybe if they stopped giving out pointless bans it wouldn't take them as long.
since the merge i think it has really gone downhill, which is a shame.
