Warned for saying McDonalds

Admittedly, I was saying it a lot, but then I got this warning which I thought was quite amusing.

So does that mean if I say a companies name too much I'm going to get warned as he did? :S The warning does make perfect sense if spammed due to the reason you said but I'd rather not be discussing something like Mcdonalds too much and receiving a warning.

I suspect conversations get flagged if a company name crops up a lot and if it's excessive a moderator will warn you. Let's be honest if you're discussing a topic how often does the topic name actually come up?

Hmm fair point aha, usually you just start off the topic then refer to it by some other word e.g. for a place "there".

Lmao, aww that majorly sucks - Mods ruining your new year festivities. I've been banned for spamming once without actually spamming or flooding lol :(. But when I get 240 sec. floods... no ban at all >_<
