Okay there is 5 more days left of school and im still going to bed at 12 and waking up at 12! I need help!! How can i fall asleep at 9-10 ??? HELP ME!

Right I know this sounds like really girly but it works for me.
I have a bath yeah with lavendar bubble bath or something in it (Aromatherapy) And the scent makes you feel tired and drowsey. :o

No see even if i get off the computer eariler, i will stay awake in bed untill it is late at night and then fall asleep..

thats why you start before and get into a routines you have had summer holidays before right ? werent it the same then? well if it was you know you will get back into a routine

I'm an expert in this - I think so anyway, I go to bed at like 6am and then still manage to wake up the right times.. stay up till your tired go to sleep and don't wake up untill your ready to wake up, like don't use any alarm's to wake you up, then do stuff that will make you tired and then hopefully you'll be tired at night again but earlier.
I could explain it better but I'm lost for words.

Read in bed
Or listen 2 mp3/cd player in bed.

Take some sleeping pills :p
put in the movie "Life Is Beautiful" at 8pm. You should be sleeping by 8:30.
I don't recommend sleeping pills cause you never know when they'll actually take effect. When I'd take them I'd still be up and when it was time to go to class they'd finally hit me hard and I'd pass out.
read a book, or watch tv. that makes u tired

- Lie there thinking about lots of things
Eventually you'll drift, but it's not really effective if you have insomnia.
For me it's the exact opposite, I want to wake up early! Like at 5 to get to my usual routine again!

I'm a very heavy sleeper. I'm going to bed at about 12 - 12'30, but I was waking up at 11-1 oclock. I have one alarm clock but that didnt work, so I found another two in the house, so I found out that 3 alarm clocks wake me. ;D

I have 2 alarm clocks and a mobile phone that all rings off for me. They're USELESS! :( :P I've tried everything lol

Ok, well im the real expert at this matter. First off, your sleeping for too long - 12 hours. Its reconmended you have 7-8 hours sleep each night, sometimes 8-9 for growing teenagers. But whatever the case, 12 hours is too long, aim to get up earlier, e.g. 10am (thats still 10 hours sleep!), then because you arent getting as much sleep you will be tired at an earlier time the following night. You can keep getting up earlier in the morning causing you to want to sleep earlier in the evening.
Its important to keep to a routine. I reconmend sleeping and leaving the curtains open, this will allow you to wake up naturally as the sunlight wakens you.

like ppl just sed, lavender helps, if u hav no bath try a lavender bag, years ago i made a lavender bag in school and i keep it under my pillow xD i fall asleep half-an-hoir maximum!

You think you have a problem?! I have to get up at 6 tommorrow for my first day of school, and last night I went to sleep at 4:00 am :p Right now its 9:38pm where I am, and Im wide awake.
Im used to this, a few things-
-Make sure you are full
-Be calm about it
-Stay out of bright rooms
-Make sure you arent too hot, or too cold
-Dont think about anything that stress you, things like, trying to solve problems in your head, which I sometimes do at night.
-Make sure you are hydrated
This is an all else fails situation:
Do pushups in bed :p as many as you can. It feels so good once, you lay back down, you should be more tired, and sleep faster. :)

I play video games and read if I can't sleep. Instead of solving problems, I think about making major plans, and I write songs (that BLOW)

This may sound daft, but, hold your eyelids up, for about 10 minutes straight, then, your eyes will want to close so much...you'll just kind of fall to sleep when you let them go :p
