As many of you know, Habbo are increasingly starting to use triggered words to send automated tickets to moderators. Now Habbo have been using their old ticket resolving for these increasing amount of tickets, the current ticket resolver has lots of buttons and takes awhile to actually solve a ticket.

Habbo will now be redesigning the ticket resolving tool for those automated tickets to make it much easier for moderators to quickly solve an automated issue.

Gathering from the image, the left blank space will be chatlogs, the top right will have the actions which moderators can choose like "Mute for x, Ban for x" then they'll verify and close and it will be solved.

For manual tickets, there is but for automated tickets I don't think there is a need.

ps, all the text you see on the tool is example text.

It says past history, how cool. Shorty; if you can see that person's data does that mean you can see anyone's (E.g ban's etc)

It's all example text, which is why the chatlog and ban/mute options aren't shown. So no, I can't see personal data.

That information on that screenshot is text based, and already in the client. The information does not come from the server, therefore neither me or shorty can view others information.

Looks awesome! I hate the ban history, 'cos any mod can see all the false bans which could be used agents you.

Quite an interesting safety scheme.
