Steps to see it:

1. Search "owner:.beeches." in the room navigator.
2. Go to the room labeled "Home Sweet Home".
3. Look in the center of the room.

If Niko had reached number 1 in the download charts that prize would have been given out to all players, but it didn't reach number 1 so it wasn't.

The current grey fountain looks much better anyway. Would be better changing the colour of the fountain rather than the water imo :P.

I agree, it seems to be a little bit of "Lazy" work.

there lots of unreleased furni in staff rooms. i cant remember which but 1 has absolutely loads of furni everywhere

A lime green fountain would be cool ;) Can think of plenty of colours that would look good actually...

Yeah, I think you're talking about the Developer's rooms. Theres a lot of cool stuff in those rooms. ^^

It's sorta ugly so I don't mind that it's not released!!

I don't really like it, it's changing what all the bird baths have in common like what they've started doing with the dragon bases. But it doesn't really matter because it hasn't been released
