Steps to see it:

2. Go to the room labeled "Home Sweet Home".
3. Look in the center of the room.

it's basically just the white bird bath with a green glow inside. probably was supposed to be released during the launch of niko..

The current grey fountain looks much better anyway. Would be better changing the colour of the fountain rather than the water imo

I agree, it seems to be a little bit of "Lazy" work.

there lots of unreleased furni in staff rooms. i cant remember which but 1 has absolutely loads of furni everywhere
