I've been waiting about 2 months for a reply for a request that was supposedly open - decided to log on to the help tool only to find that they closed it without answering :@. This has been going on for 8 months now and I'm yet to get a straight answer :(.

For anyone who has sent a support ticket recently, how long have they taken to answer you :P?

Usually take around 10-50 days for the more urgent requests and for simple queries could be longer. What was the nature of your request?

for the first reply about a month or two, then it took a further two months to finish it off.

When they got to giving my account back, after saying i can have it back it took a further week to actually transfer it, so they're as slow as normal.

I heard powertoo say a week back that the help tool is up to date, so that's very strange.

They took more than a month to respond to request and took another month to respond the my reply. They also seem to be not reading the request tickets properly.

I think I'd rather make a new account then appeal my perm banned one.

Although in the past Habbo have unpermed me! So I can't really complain. Their service is shocking though, they don't care about their users.. they only care about money.

They are certainly taking a while to unban me for sure! Apparently Habbox.com is now a retro haha.

Yeah.. i got permed for ""Clone Habbos (Retros) can put the original hotel at risk. We suggest you keep it real." Which doesn't even make sense then I appealed and got this as a reply

OMG. I've experienced nothing. I got my account hacked 3 weeks ago and it took ages to get a reply. Then seeing this has really peed me off, I'm never gonna get this account back.

Personally, I've actually had an alright time with the Support staff.
My requests have been dealt with ~1 week and on my second try at submitting my personal information they accepted I owned the account
Maybe everyone else is just not as popular as me x

OK let me fume here...

My account was wrongly permed a few years ago (2010/11) and after years of constant emails and complaints back and forth, Habbo finally unbanned me last year. The catch: my account was wiped of everything from badges to furni.

So I opened up a Help Request Ticket. Three months later they asked me some questions:


- Description of the furnis that have disappeared from your account (exact name, model, colour and Shop price).
- How did you get them(trading or buying them from the Shop).
- Approximate date you got these furni.
- Room from where your furni disappeared.
- Date of disappearance.

I give them rough dates because this was a good three/four years ago.

Three months later (yesterday) I get a reply saying


We're sorry, but you will need to be more specific with dates - we need to know the exact time that things went missing in order to investigate the issue.

I gave them a rough estimate date of the ban, which was when I last had my furni. Additionally, I gave them the exact date I got my account back, which is the first time I was able to see the furni missing.

This morning I go back to give them a more specific date (based on when I made my post-ban account), and then I see that I apparently have no open requests.

Great.

So I've just been sitting on that for over half a year for nothing, and Habbo have completely wiped my account.

Tyrell; reopen the request and create a follow up ticket. They obviously think it's been dealt with when they haven't really helped at all. The only think you can do is keep trying (although you've been at it for so long that it sounds like they won't be much more help to you). Just keep giving them the dates and if you can, be more specific, but apart from that I'm not sure what else to suggest! Goodluck!

Thanks! I've just sent a follow up ticket. Turns out my previous message was wrong and that this actually occured in 2008. So six years of back and forth.

With a little investigative research based upon the last badge I was given and the fact that I was banned after shortly getting it, I've given them a rough fortnight period where I would have been banned and presumably wiped in. Hopefully thats specific enough, otherwise I'll have to go looking through my old emails to see when I submitted my competition entry!

Yeah as Matt said, just keep trying. The best thing to do is just give them as much information as possible, even if you don't think it's 100% correct, it could still help you in some ways.

Habbo's customer support is frankly poor! If you don't get a response from them within 1 month get in touch via their email address which is on that site someone where at speak to them about to current issues.
Also, like said previous, you can't do much more than keep on stating your point in basic points breaking it down for them that it was years ago and how you're supposed to know... This was like my account which I got back no through Habbo's customer support but by trying all my emails to see which one it was, as they wouldn't redirect my old email to an existing one!

I have always found that the so called support staff have been slow and somewhat useless.

Luckily I've never really had to deal with them, but there are some horror stories out there about their awful service and careless attitudes.

Whilst I have posted bad stuff about the support staff before, this is not for that. This is simply and most definitely not for that. Today, I was about to post another comment about how annoying they are and how many months it's been since I had my account Fustraton. I also got permed on FustratonMUTED. I decided to comment how they had updated my request but I could not see what it was, in addition I decided I would post a screenshot of the permed screen, suddenly, out of absolutely nowhere, I logged on. I screamed out loud and saw all my furni that I had lost to the perm. I decided to check on the support request and saw that it said my account had been returned. Expecting the worst, I had logged on to it and found some pretty harsh but deserved messages from the people the hacker messaged. AND ALL OF MY FURNI, I think I was missing some credits but that was inevitable since that's what hackers want nowadays. I am so thrilled, joyed, ecstatic.

Anyway, what should I do? Both accounts lie under one email, so should I use my new account which I've spent a few months getting used to, or use the old one which I have countless friends on who probably don't like me? I can transfer all the furni over.

So after a long time of waiting they finally replied to me... but clearly didn't even read my message because they're telling me they can't unban my account?! The account is ALREADY unbanned, the problem is that it's been wiped!

'Daniel' even had the cheek to close the ticket!

Let me make a new one though...
