Do you think you have what it takes to turn the Events Department around as their new manager?

Why the **** would you imply the Events department has an issue in a publicly viewable notice.

Edit: Also using global notifications for this stuff is ok until you spam 3 of them at once.

It's a Habbo fansite - I'm sure we will all move on. Plus, events department issues are already very public. It's not exactly TOP SECRET stuff is it.

Because that's exactly what we need - someone to turn it around.

I'm confused. Are people being overly sarcastic or do they really think saying the Events Department is bad when opening applications is a good idea? Granted it's pretty obvious, but it seems odd to say "we suck, come make us suck less". Usually you say "Want to be involved in an exciting department?" or "Enjoy event planning, socialising and haing fun? Come apply as an Events Manager!" At least dress it up :P

Heck, saying "Want to help develop the Events Department" seems like a nice way of saying "We're rubbish, come help improve us."

theyd probs be criticised for such cliche lines. much better not to be that patronising imo. if you want to manage it, you best be aware of the huge challenge you're about to undertake!

And saying "Habbox sucks" at something in a thread title in one of the busiest sections is any better?
