Why the **** would you imply the Events department has an issue in a publicly viewable notice.

I'm confused. Are people being overly sarcastic or do they really think saying the Events Department is bad when opening applications is a good idea? Granted it's pretty obvious, but it seems odd to say "we suck, come make us suck less". Usually you say "Want to be involved in an exciting department?" or "Enjoy event planning, socialising and haing fun? Come apply as an Events Manager!" At least dress it up

Heck, saying "Want to help develop the Events Department" seems like a nice way of saying "We're rubbish, come help improve us."
