I try to go to bed around 11 when I'm on placement but I don't go to sleep until late unfortunately. I used to suffer from insomnia and it still affects me quite a bit.

I would love to say I sleep anywhere between 10:30-12, but It's normally 12:30-1:30..

My sleep pattern is all over the place due to working from 6am at times, and sometimes working until 3am. When I am at uni I try and get to bed for about 12pm but that can't always be done if I have a shed load of work due.

If I have sixth form in the morning I like to be in bed by 10pm and turn my lights out by 11. If not then whenever.

Now I'm on placement in schools I try to get to bed for 10 and sleep by 11.

I come off my laptop at like 10 on weekdays and go bed around 12 maybe 1
