I try to go to bed around 11 when I'm on placement but I don't go to sleep until late unfortunately. I used to suffer from insomnia and it still affects me quite a bit.

Usually 11PM-12:30AM, it's really bad of me though... I should probably get more sleep considering I have mock exams coming up.

I would love to say I sleep anywhere between 10:30-12, but It's normally 12:30-1:30..

My sleep pattern is all over the place due to working from 6am at times, and sometimes working until 3am. When I am at uni I try and get to bed for about 12pm but that can't always be done if I have a shed load of work due.
