Do you generally sleep well or not?

I used to sleep terribly because my body clock didn't like my sleep pattern. Now that I've sorted myself out I tend to sleep much better and actually feel worse if I lie in. I sleep quite well at night but it can take me quite a while to get off to sleep but I think I'm going to have to accept that that's just how I am.

Sleeping pattern can get awful sometimes depending on my shift patterns etc.

If I have no work/college like today then I end up sleeping at 2am and waking up at like 3pm...

If I have work at 5:30am then I tend to go to sleep around 12 and wake up at 4:30

I find it really hard to actually get to sleep early sometimes idk why, I guess my mind is too active, but once I am asleep I really don't like waking up! :P

Working different shifts must absolutely wreck you :( I couldn't cope with it I don't think. I wouldn't mind always have a late or early shift but I would hate one week having a late one and next week early or something.. I need to find a pattern and settle into it so changing about all the time would just leave me dead :'(

It really does haha! I absolutely detest the morning shifts at work before college! We have a 3 week rota system where we find out 3 weeks before what days/times we will be working that week, which makes planning stuff really hard! I have to slot my hours around college too so sometimes I work mornings, sometimes I work evenings, but recently I've been trying to do long weekends to make weekdays easier!

I literally cannot wait to quit in a couple of months ready to move to Uni! :P The best thing will be never having to wake up at 4:30am again!!! :D

I can't sleep very well at all.
When I was off work my sleeping pattern was terrible as most of you knew. I would go to bed at like 8am then wake up late afternoon. I could sleep around 14 hours but usually I have to go with only a few because of work

I generally have a good sleep but if i stay up super late on my laptop talking to people or playing a game in depth I find it hard to shut of to go to sleep, so i generally like to not talk to anyone or play games before i go to bed otherwise i get crap sleeps.

One time i turned my air con on like 3 hours before i went to bed so it made my bed freezing and my body freezing so when i went to bed my bed was soo cold and my body was so cold so i like didn't warm up at all.

I vary so much it's quite weird.

I sleep loads. My bed time is like between 10-11pm and I wake up anywhere between 6-8am and even then I'm still tired. I will go through periods of sleeping so well, having great night sleeps and feeling pretty good during the days. Then I go through phases where i'll toss and turn and wake up a lot throughout the night. Not sure why but yeah It's weird. If I have something worrying me (which quite a lot of the time it'll be Uni/assignments or presentations) i'll end up getting **** sleeps because I panic and think so much in bed.

Quite well really. I just make sure I'm in bed for 12 so I get enough sleep.

I sleep really well like too well i will usually get up at about 8 or 9 am bed time is when ever i feel tired and that depends on if i worked where and how hard,
working in entertainment industry i can be called in at any random time of night or day so being able to sleep like a log when i need to helps and
the amount of times I have had to sleep in my car because i have had two shifts with only a few hours apart from each other Summer is the worst because there are lots of gigs around so i can end up doing shifts that head on to the 30 hour mark
yes i know thats illegal but if your jumping from one gig to another the bosses do not know

Post number 23 ^.^ my lucky number

If I have a nice sleeping pattern like atm then I sleep well. If not then it's a nightmare.

I struggle to get to sleep at night, but when I do I sleep like a baby for so long. Like if I didn't wake myself up I would sleep until like 6pm every day
