Do you generally sleep well or not?
I used to sleep terribly because my body clock didn't like my sleep pattern. Now that I've sorted myself out I tend to sleep much better and actually feel worse if I lie in. I sleep quite well at night but it can take me quite a while to get off to sleep but I think I'm going to have to accept that that's just how I am.

I couldn't cope with it I don't think. I wouldn't mind always have a late or early shift but I would hate one week having a late one and next week early or something.. I need to find a pattern and settle into it so changing about all the time would just leave me dead
