Any idea how can I go about making a freeze winner booster?

Hello everyone, I have been working on my boosting room and I'm hoping to add a freeze booster to it. Any one has any idea how it works? Best if there's a guide on it or you guys can give some ideas so I could try and get it in my boosting room.

I created this boosting room for the benefit of the users and I'm keeping it open even when I maxed out my achievements (which I doubt that would happen), I created this not to replace anyone/existing room but to serve as an alternative room to boost when the widely used ones are almost always packed :)

Also, I'm new here so I thought I'd seek your help with freeze booster, been searching for videos and guides for a few days now but to no avail...

I guess it's alright if nobody knows how...

But does anyone know how do I get my timer to keep resetting prematurely? (i.e. timer goes down to 28s from 30s, then back to 30s again and repeat?)

Managed to figure out how to do both, I've locked the room for awhile, it'll be back soon :)
